Katja Ehlers Credentials

Katja, you need to write what your Reiki Credentials are here

Reiki is not a substitute for medical or veterinary care.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle hands-on healing technique. The word comes from two Japanese words, Rei and Ki meaning Universal Life Force. Simply put, Reiki is the channeling of Universal Energy (Life Force) for the purposes of healing. click here for katja's rates

What is it?

The healing takes place on all levels, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki is both powerful and gentle and can be used as an aid in treating any type of illness.

We are all, animal and human, alive because this Universal Life Force flows through us. Reiki works with this Life Force to help with the natural healing process within all living things.

Reiki can be used alone or as a complimentary therapy along with traditional western and veterinary medicine.

The roots of Reiki lie in ancient origins and were rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki was brought to and nurtured in the United States by Mrs. Hawayo Takata.

NEW! The PELLOWAH TECHNIQUE

“A radical Shift in consciousness.”Pellowah Healing Technique is the purest form of healing available to us at this time. Pellowah Healing Technique is angelic for 'Radical Shift in Consciousness'. Although this is an Angelic word, it is not healing from the Angelic Kingdom. This healing is from the highest level of Spirit that we can access at this time. It is the purest energy; the ultimate light.

This healing connects all 12 strands of DNA - ready for activation. it unblocks and realigns all the meridians within the body, giving a feeling of well-being and connection which allows for a Radical Shift in Consciousness.

An Experience...Pellowah Healing Technique, by accredited Practitioners takes approximately 1 hour, is a hands-off healing where the client is lying down in a totally quiet environment. The Practitioner is a vessel for the Pellowah Healing Technique. They have no part to play in the healing and give no diagnosis or assessment once the healing is complete.During healing some client's may experience involuntary body movements and visions/feelings of things being 'put back together' again. Afterwards there is a general light feeling and sense of wellness that lasts and increases in strength as time passes. Each client's experience is totally their own. It is most important they cherish and live this experience for themselves. Through Pellowah Healing Technique, growth and change expands the conscience helping one become more objective and empowered. For further information about this technique please visit www.pellowah.com or www.pellowah.ca. click here for katja's rates

Important note:

It is advisable to wait for a 24 hr period between treatments, as the healing will continue through that period. If you receive massage, reflexology, reiki or other treatments, the pellowah healing will stop as the other healing takes place. It is also advisable to refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs during the 24 period as this will also stop the pellowah process. Drugs taken medically are an exception

Reiki, Pellowah & Animals

Animals are Reiki & Pellowah sponges; they absorb these energies very quickly. Animal sessions tend to be much shorter than human sessions due to this fact. They will often not sit still for an entire session, instead receiving Reiki for a few minutes, then walking off, before returning again for more short sessions.

In addition, Reiki & Pellowah can be done effectively from a distance, something few healing methods can claim. This means that it can be used on aggressive, skittish and/or wild animals without distressing or injuring them with un-necessary, forced human contact or risking injury to keepers or healers.

Do animals even like Reiki? Yes, they do! Cats often seek out Reiki like sunbeams. Practitioners with cats sometimes find that their cats take over the Reiki table when clients come. Dogs are notorious "Reiki hogs" as well, going up to a practitioner and flopping down at their feet, belly up, or butt towards the practitioner, begging for Reiki

When treating animals, it is usually best to conduct the healing session in surroundings that they know and feel safe in, so I am available to come to your house as well. (Travel fees apply.) click here for katja's rates
